My writing is driven by two main questions: How can we better care for each other, and how do our stories help us manage the everyday challenges of being human? I focus heavily on themes of neurodiversity, adaptive living, and finding quiet meaning in the simple, often repeated rituals of routine. I aim to offer writing that feels like a place of shelter—something that speaks to your own experience without telling you what to think.
